APPROVAL OF SUPPORT SERVICES AGREEMENT INCLUDING THE VENICE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER USE RATE SCHEDULE BETWEEN VENICE INSTITUTE FOR PERFORMING ARTS CENTER MANAGEMENT, INC. AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Description
Venice Institute for Performing Arts Center Management, Inc., (VIPAM) is an organization that provides center management, administrative services, technical services, and serves as the point of contact for the resident arts organizations to the Venice Performing Arts Center (VPAC) at Venice High School. The fees for the services will be paid from revenues received by VPAC. The contract for the provision of services and use rate schedule for the 2017-2018 fiscal year is submitted for approval.
Recommendation
That the support services agreement including the Venice Performing Arts Center use rate schedule between Venice Institute for Performing Arts Center Management, Inc. and the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, be approved as presented.
